We are the umbrella organization under which a family of businesses, investments, and ventures is owned and managed. Our portfolio spans financial services, agribusiness, aquaculture, tourism, and real estate — a deliberate diversification, because our specialization is not an industry. It is judgment.
We buy, build, and improve businesses that generate durable cash flow, then reinvest that cash flow into the next opportunity. We have no exit timeline, no external mandate, and no pressure to grow for growth's sake.

We operate bovine cattle-raising (levante) and buffalo programs — asset-backed businesses with centuries of proven economics in Colombia.
Our approach brings structured financial management to a traditional sector: cost control per head, disciplined purchasing cycles, and data on every stage of the operation.

La María Piscícola is our red tilapia farming operation, built on modern production systems and rigorous operational control.
Beyond farming, we develop technology solutions for aquaculture and crop management — turning our own operational know-how into tools for the sector.

Operated under the Billon brand, our marine tourism business provides boat rentals on Colombia's Caribbean coast, in the Golfo de Morrosquillo.
A capital-efficient operation — our own fleet, professional captains, and a standard of service positioned in one of the country's growing coastal tourism corridors.

We participate as investors in select real estate projects in Colombia's principal cities.
We evaluate each project on the same basis as any other allocation: location quality, developer track record, and returns that justify the capital committed.
